Medieval Dinner with Live Show in 21st Century Prague

A medieval dinner is an absolute highlight of a visit to Prague! You go back in time to a tavern with brick barrel vaults and decorated entirely in medieval style. The 5-course menu with unlimited drinks is a feast for the eyes and a joy for the taste buds. During the dinner you will be entertained by a medieval show that includes swordsmen, jugglers, belly dancers and music. This is a journey back in time but let the fortune teller read your hand if you want to know what the future holds.

Medieval Five-course Dinner

During the show a five-course dinner is served with unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks. You can choose from different menus: pork, fish, poultry, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free (the last three are not typically medieval but very much 21st century.) Seating is at communal tables: a good opportunity to meet people from all over the world. There is a kid’s’ menu for children aged between 4 and 12. They will certainly enjoy the food and the show! Every five to ten minutes you watch a show: fire breathers, sword fighters, belly dancers and Jakub the Jester, who performs magic tricks at our table. Don’t go away once you have eaten your dessert because the last act is spectacular.

How to get there

When you come here under your own steam, you are assigned upstairs seating whereas the show takes place in the basement cellar. Tour participants are always seated in the basement.

The meeting point is in the centre of Prague at Krizovnicke namesti near the statue of Charles IV, close to Charles Bridge.
