Public Transport in Prague

The fastest way to travel through Prague is by metro. The metro network consists of three lines A, B and C, three transfer stations and about forty metro stations. The tram network is like a spider’s web across the entire city, and also into the suburbs. In the city centre, the trams run parallel to each other so that transfers are always possible and usually do not cause any extra waiting time. There are only few bus connections in the city centre. Most buses travel to the suburbs.
